I don't understand how Kiss Me mascara is water resistant yet it only comes off with the use of water. Is Kiss Me waterproof?

No. It's better! Waterproof mascaras are so tenacious that they can often be difficult to remove, requiring considerable time and effort to apply a harsh makeup remover to the delicate skin around the eyes. Kiss Me mascara provides superior hold than most waterproof mascaras, yet only requires the combination of lots of warm water and gentle pressure to remove the tubes that the mascara has formed.

Will I damage or pull out my lashes when I am removing Kiss Me mascara?

No. Once the mascara is saturated with water, its hold on the lashes becomes neutralized and allows for the mascara to slide off effortlessly. In fact, simply showering is enough to completely remove the mascara without even touching your lashes.

Is it safe for sensitive eyes, contact lens & eyeglass wearers?

Directions

Application:

Use blinc's Kiss Me mascara on clean and dry lashes.
Within 2 minutes, apply one or more coats. keep applying coats until the desired lash volume, length and separation is achieved, before Kiss Me mascara sets.
Once set, additional coats cannot be applied.
Removal:
Neither water alone nor pressure alone will remove Kiss Me mascara.
Only the combination of lots of warm water and gentle pressure, from your fingertips, a washcloth or water pressure (i.e. shower)
