Mild Skin Cleanser For Sensitive and Acne Skin

Different gentle skin cleansers are available for acne, there are several types of mild cleansers that you may use if your skin is irritated or aggravated. There are also several types of specific acne cleansers that you can use for daily skin care, oil-free and non-comedogenic products are usually advisable.

Over cleansing the skin can cause irritation and may aggravate your skin condition, as well as encourage you to use other products that will grease up your skin. This may then complicate your skin care. You may need to use a toner to remove the oil, which in turn may irritate your skin further.

What if YOU have sensitive skin?
Mild soaps are specially designed to be as gentle as possible. And because they don't contain added colour or perfume, they are less likely to cause irritation or allergic reactions.

Washing, moisturizing and applying sunscreen are quick and easy steps to great looking skin. It should take no more than 5 minutes each day, but over time, it could take years off the look of your face.

Cleansing Acne Prone Skin:
Acne cleansers remove accumulated oil, makeup, sweat and dirt from the surface of your skin. This makes it easier for your skin to absorb topical acne treatments. However, excessive use of acne cleansers can also lead to irritated and dry skin. Read the label and use acne cleansers only once or twice a day.

but, How Do I Cleanse?
* Wash your hands first to prevent the transfer of bacteria to your face.
* Because hairstyling products attract dirt, start with your hairline first, then sweep cleanser over face and lips and down the neck.
* Gently massage cleanser and leave on for one minute. Wipe away dirt and pollution with your hands. Cosmetic build-up may best be removed with a cotton ball.
* Rinse with cool water; too hot or too cold can cause flushing and increase broken capillaries.
